Pappardelle with Shrimp

Ingredients

4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 2 tbsp of parsley, chopped 4 tbsp of EVOO 1 can 28 oz San Marzano plum tomatoes (chopped) 10 leaves of basil, salt and pepper to taste 2 1 lb jumbo shrimp 1/4 cup of white wine 1 lb pappardelle pasta

Preparation

Sauté the plum tomato in EVOO with garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Add jumbo shrimp and sauté for 5 minutes, then add white wine, basil and simmer for additional 5 minutes. 10 minutes total prep time. While preparing the shrimp you should boil water and cook the pappardelle paste until complete, drain it and then pour jump shrimp recipe over the pappardelle and mix it. You’re now ready to serve!
